3. Data we collect

Information you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, business name, message and, in the project start form, the text, images, credentials and other details needed to build your website); billing and payment details collected by Stripe (name, email, phone, address and tax ID where applicable); communications by email or WhatsApp; and technical data when you visit the site (IP address, browser, pages viewed) as described in our cookie policy.

4. How and why we use it

• To respond to your enquiries.
• To deliver the services you purchase, process payment, issue invoices and provide support.
• To communicate with you about your project by email or WhatsApp.
• To send you information about our services if you are a client or have opted in; you can opt out at any time.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, where required, your consent.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver our services: Stripe Payments (payments and invoices), Hostinger (hosting), Google (Workspace, Calendar, Search Console, Fonts, Business Profile), Meta / WhatsApp (if you contact us there) and our accountants. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

6. International transfers

Northway Digital LLC is based in the United States, so your data is processed there. For data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers and, where certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for one year after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable legal limitation periods. Project files are deleted six months after hosting or maintenance ends.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it). California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA; EEA and UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card details. We use access controls, backups and certified providers.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy; the current version is always the one published here with its date.
