These terms govern the purchase of Professional Website, Launch Pack, Monthly SEO, Online Store and the add-ons listed on northway.marketing. Orders are placed through Stripe payment links. By completing payment you accept these terms, which we also send you by email with your order confirmation. You may order as a consumer (an individual acting outside a trade or profession) or as a business; some clauses apply to only one of the two.
Prices are in US dollars. Northway Digital LLC is a US company; where sales tax applies it is added at checkout. Payment is made in advance by card or other methods available at Stripe; Monthly SEO is charged automatically each month until cancelled. Invoices are emailed after payment.
The 7-day timeline starts when we receive the complete project start form, your copy or the information to write it, images and domain access. Delays in providing materials or approving the proposal extend the timeline accordingly. One round of revisions before launch is included; changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
If you order as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 calendar days of payment without giving a reason by emailing info@northway.marketing. We refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 14 days. If you asked us to start work within that period (for example by submitting the project start form) and then cancel, we deduct a proportionate amount for the work performed. Once the website is live or the service has been fully delivered with your approval, the cancellation right ends. This right is in addition to any mandatory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
Monthly SEO: no commitment; months already started are not refunded. Website, Launch Pack and Store: full refund if you cancel before we start; afterwards we deduct the proportion of work completed. If we cannot deliver for reasons attributable to us, you receive a full refund.
The first year of hosting and email is included. From the second year the annual price shown on the site applies; if you prefer not to renew, we hand over the website files at no cost. The domain is always yours.
Once paid, you own the delivered website (design, copy and content produced for you). Northway Digital LLC retains its methods, base templates and tools and may show the work in its portfolio unless you object in writing. You warrant that you hold the rights to the text, images and trademarks you provide.
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes or mentions by AI assistants. Our liability to businesses is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for failures of third parties (hosting, registrars, platforms) or for access you grant to others. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence, and may bring claims before the courts of their home jurisdiction.
